This license does not include any resale or commercial use of the Platform or its contents, any collection and use of product listings or descriptions, any derivative use of the Platform or its contents, or any use of data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools.

7. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

8. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

Notwithstanding the foregoing arbitration provision, pub770 may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent imminent harm.

9. Account Closure and Termination

9.1 Voluntary Account Closure

You may close your pub770 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, you must withdraw any remaining balance. pub770 reserves the right to charge administrative fees for dormant accounts that have been inactive for more than twelve (12) consecutive months.

9.2 Termination by pub770

pub770 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account and refuse any current or future use of the Platform at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. These Terms inure to the benefit of and are binding upon the parties and their respective successors and permitted assigns.
